Cancellation Policy

Baton Training Cancellation & Attendance Policy Please read before registering. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Cancellations 48+ Hours Before Class: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are not eligible for a cash refund. Instead, the full class payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Baton Training class, subject to availability. No-Shows: Students who fail to attend their scheduled class are not eligible for a cash refund but may receive full credit toward a future Baton Training class. Rescheduling: Students may request to transfer their registration to another available class. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are subject to the cancellation policy above. Late Arrival: Class begins promptly at 9:00 AM. Students arriving 30 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will not be admitted and must reschedule for another available class or forfeit the class payment. No Exceptions: This policy applies to all registrations, including cancellations due to illness, emergencies, work conflicts, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the Training Facility Cancels: If we cancel or reschedule a class, students may choose either a full refund or transfer their registration to another available class. By clicking “Register Now” and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
