Our partner employers expect polished, professional candidates.

During every interaction with dispatchers, recruiters, and hiring managers you represent yourself and our training program.

  • Be courteous, punctual, and prepared.

  • Speak clearly; minimize filler words (“like,” “um”) and avoid slang.

  • Listen actively; answer thoughtfully and don’t dominate the conversation.

  • Keep your phone on silent and eliminate background noise.

Dress Code (applies to in-person and video interviews)

Wear:

  • Professional attire (suit, blazer, button-down shirt/blouse, dress slacks or skirt, professional dress).

  • Closed-toe dress shoes.

Do not wear:

  • Open-toed shoes (slides, Crocs, flip-flops), shorts, tank tops, hoodies, sweats, ripped jeans.

  • Hats, sunglasses, or visible earbuds/headphones.

  • Excessive jewelry or excessive makeup.

Grooming & Hygiene

  • Hair should be neat and kept away from the face.

  • Facial hair (for men) must be trimmed and tidy.

  • Nails clean and trimmed; clothing freshly laundered and pressed.

  • Use cologne/perfume sparingly.

  • Allow enough time for proper hygiene and a professional appearance.
